About Lexi

Lexi is a small town girl with big city appeal. Born and raised in corn country Nebraska, she has been strutting her stuff all over the mid-west since she was just a little dinker at four years old!

From the Galaxy of Stars Search to the regional Colgate Country Showdown, she's been gathering fans like a storm cloud gathers rain.  The downpour is imminent.

Opening for acts such as Grammy-nominated Emerson Drive & Ricochet has given her just a taste of what's to come.  Now that she has teamed up with some of Nashville's best, there is no telling how far this all-American star will rise.

Since her first country album titled "I Just Do" recorded in 2007, Lexi has been writing regularly with Nashville pro-writers, creating songs that reflect her faith, hope and love of life. Bold and bouncy, sweet and sassy, Lexi has found expression and release in her writing.  She has also found a voice for sharing those things most near and dear to her heart.

When asked why she loves to write she said, "I love music that tells a story and has meaning. A song that can hold your attention and make you connect with it...those are the kind of songs I want to share with the world. I love country music for that reason."

"I try to write songs that relate to my life, songs that resonate with my listeners too. What I love about "Something about a Sunday" is the way it really captures how I feel when I am away from my family, but I imagine there are alot of people who feel that same way too when they can't be with the ones they love."

These days you can find Lexi playing in honky tonks and saloons, county fairs, coffee shops, vineyards and restuarants.
